HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL?
I live in Worcester in the West Midlands so I'm perfectly located for Herefordshire, Gloucester, The Cotswolds and Birmingham areas. However I do love to travel so please get in touch if you live further away and will still like to book me.
WHERE WILL MY FAMILY SESSION TAKE PLACE?
Your family shoot can either be taken at your family home or outside in a place that has meaning to you. Children love exploring in the great outdoors so beaches, forests, nature reserves, villages, country parks and arboretums are all perfect places to think about.
WILL YOU INSTRUCT ME ON HOW TO POSE?
I try to keep things as natural as possible, and record your session as it organically unfolds with very little direction from myself. I do understand that for some people being in front of the camera may feel awkward, so I do at times use prompts and a little direction if I feel it's needed. Every session is so different and the most important thing is for you all to feel relaxed and comfortable, so to capture you and your children in your truest self we may play games, walk, laugh and interact.
WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR FOR OUR SESSION?
Whatever you feel comfortable in, whatever you love, whatever reflects your personality and who you are, these are your family moments. If you are after having a more fluid look, I would suggest light and airy tones with textures and/or pops of vivid colour. WHAT HAPPENS DURING OUR FAMILY SHOOT?
Before your family shoot we will chat through any ideas you have for the session and what you are hoping to get from it. I can offer advice on anything from styling to locations and the best time of the day to shoot at. Your session will then take place in the most natural way where I will photograph your moments that you want to treasure forever.
WHEN DO WE GET TO SEE THE IMAGES FROM OUR SHOOT?
Around 2~3 weeks after your session you will be invited to a viewing session, either in my studio or at your family home. This will be where you can choose to add on images if you wish to your collection. You will have anything from around 20 - 80 fully edited images images to choose from, depending on the length of your session.
